ApplyIQ

Job search is painful, we know that – for jobseekers – and also for employers. Many employers are flooded with sometimes irrelevant applications, and that’s why it’s so common for jobseekers to be ghosted. We built ApplyIQ to flip that script. Upload your resume, tell it what you want – role, location, salary – and it hunts down suitable jobs and only applies when there’s a great match. This helps you – and the employer too.
Adzuna released an early alpha version of ApplyIQ in December 2024, inviting over 6,000 jobseekers to test it. The response? 73% of early adopters rated ApplyIQ as user-friendly, and nearly 40% secured at least one interview since signing up!
Here’s what makes ApplyIQ different from the “spray-and-pray” application bots out there:

• Quality over quantity: It only applies when your skills fit the job (no spamming employers with 1000s of apps!).
• The real you: No fake resume rewrites – just your authentic experience doing the talking.
• Smart matching: Powered by Adzuna’s massive job database, it finds roles that actually suit you.
• More jobs, more chances: Thanks to Adzuna’s wider job search network and integrations, it taps into thousands more opportunities than other tools.
• Free forever – like all of Adzuna’s other AI jobseeker tools
