The system builds a semantic profile from your resume rather than relying only on keyword matches, then assigns match percentages so you can see which roles are most relevant. It scans over 50 sources, including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever and Workday, and the platform says new postings are picked up within about an hour.
