Mailorga turns a mailbox on your domain into an automated responder that drafts or sends replies using a knowledge base you control. Point it at a topic and a domain, provision a mailbox such as support@yourcompany.com, and incoming messages are matched to plain text files you can read and edit.

Each mailbox has a send policy you set: replies can be emitted automatically or saved as finished drafts for a human to review. New mailboxes default to draft mode so you can check the first replies before letting routine items go out unsupervised.

The console is simply a link into a folder view with a file editor, so there’s nothing to train and no complex setup — if you can edit a text file you can update the knowledge base and the next reply will reflect the change. The system is built with few moving parts, daily backups, and per-customer data separation at the operating-system level.

  • Automated replies or draft-only mode per mailbox
  • Knowledge base stored as editable plain text files
  • Magic-link console for live edits
  • Daily backups and OS-level separation of customer data
  • Self-serve setup on your domain
