Manga Cleaner

Manga Cleaner is an AI tool that strips text and speech bubbles from scanned manga pages and fills in the artwork behind them. It’s aimed at people preparing pages for translation, typesetting or redraws, so you get clean images without doing the pixel-level work yourself.

The tool detects dialog and other embedded text, removes it, then reconstructs the lines and backgrounds to match the surrounding art. That keeps character details, panel layouts and line work intact as much as possible.

• AI text removal — detects and erases text in panels.
• Smart inpainting — reconstructs artwork behind removed text.
• Speech bubble cleaning — clears dialogue while keeping bubble shapes and layout.
• Translation-ready output — produces clean pages for localisation and typesetting.
• High-quality export — preserves image quality for further editing.
