OnboardHive is client onboarding software aimed at agencies, consultants and other B2B service firms. It gives each client a single private link that handles both the proposal stage and the handover to onboarding, so you don’t need to email separate PDFs or chase a new sign-up.

Proposals can be published in versions to that link and OnboardHive records opens, active read time in ten-second intervals while the tab is visible, and sends a re-open alert when a client returns. Clients accept or decline inside the link without creating an account. Once accepted, the same URL becomes a branded onboarding portal.

The onboarding side covers e-signatures (typed signature, timestamp and user-agent audit trail), payment confirmation, intake forms, guided account-access steps and file uploads. Sections are tracked as not seen, in progress or complete, and automatic reminder emails prompt clients about outstanding items.
