Ralph Workflow

Ralph Workflow is an open-source command-line program for automating unattended coding work. It coordinates local AI agents so you can assign larger engineering tasks overnight instead of watching a transcript or trusting a vague “done” message.

It runs the local agents you already have — for example Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode — against a spec-driven, repo-native workflow. The output is made reviewable in your usual development process: changed files, checks, artifacts and clear handoff context you can inspect the next morning.
