RicordamiApp is a cloud service that sends appointment reminders over the official WhatsApp Business API, so businesses can notify clients without using personal numbers or manual chats. It’s built for organisations that book time with customers — think clinics, salons, consultants, repair services, legal practices and similar providers.

The app links with existing scheduling workflows: you can connect Google Calendar, create bookings inside RicordamiApp, or import lists from Excel or CSV files depending on your plan. Reminders are scheduled automatically at the times you choose, for example 24 hours or two hours before an appointment.

Messages are configurable, from simple alerts to requests for confirmation. The system logs client replies and updates appointment status — sent, confirmed or cancelled — so staff get a quick view of the day’s bookings without checking individual chats.
