BafGo is an asynchronous video interview platform aimed at replacing early-stage phone screens with standardised, recorded responses. Candidates answer the same set of questions on their own time via a browser interface, which the makers say requires no account creation for applicants.

Hiring teams can watch submissions when it suits them, compare candidates side by side, and leave private notes. Multiple reviewers — recruiters, hiring managers or other stakeholders — can access recordings via secure links and assess applicants without coordinating schedules.

Privacy and human review are central to the product. BafGo states it does not apply AI scoring or behavioural analysis to videos, keeps recordings on self-hosted storage with short-lived access URLs, avoids third-party analytics like Google Analytics or Mixpanel, and deletes video responses after 30 days.
