Formly is an AI-driven form builder that creates ready-to-use online forms from simple instructions. Tell the system what you need and it proposes questions, field types, page layout and basic logic so you don’t have to start from scratch.

The platform connects with several AI assistants and automation tools, so you can request new forms and manage workflows through conversational prompts. Once a form is generated it’s available via a shareable link and you can collect responses immediately, with the AI able to summarise and analyse incoming data.
