Ostrata is a schema-flexible, conversational CRM aimed at French small and medium businesses. It treats customer data and processes more like living documents than rigid forms, and includes an operations workspace for team collaboration. It’s not an invoicing program.

The platform adds an AI assistant called Pilot to help teams interact with data and tasks. It also offers technical hooks — a REST API, webhooks and integrations with Claude and Cursor via MCP — and built-in SIREN/INSEE support for French company identifiers.
