Penroll App

Penroll App provides a structured hiring workflow aimed at small teams. It helps set up roles, collect applications and use AI to score candidates against the role’s criteria, while keeping final decisions with the hiring people.

The interface keeps job requirements, applicant reviews, interview status and offer preparation in a single place, which reduces repetitive coordination and makes it easier to see why one candidate was chosen over another.

• AI-assisted applicant ranking against role criteria
• Centralised application intake and role setup
• Clear accountability for shortlist, interview, rejection and offer decisions
• Candidate comparison evidence and interview progress tracking

Penroll is available as a web application at https://penroll.app/ and follows a freemium pricing model.
