HTTPie

Originally, I was constantly frustrated trying to work with JSON data and testing API endpoints in the terminal. Tools like curl always felt clunky and left me scratching my head with the output. If you’re used to a more visual interface, that transition to command line might feel a little daunting at times, especially if you hit a snag and don’t know where to turn for help. It’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re looking for something entirely beginner-friendly.

Despite that limitation, I’d highly recommend HTTPie to anyone who regularly works with APIs or has to perform web development tasks. For students, marketers, and web developers alike, it’s a fantastic tool for simplifying what can often be complex tasks.
